On Windows 10, this can be found by typing Sound or Recording devices into the search bar next to the start button. ![]() I've been into Device Manager & opened up 'Sound,video & game controller and updated the drivers = no difference. ![]() Under the Communications tab, click on the radio button associated with Do nothing. ![]() I'm not computer savvy but I tried a few things I found on the net but it's still the same. Solution 4: Communication Settings Open Windows Search by pressing Win + S. Volume is set appropriately, and your Output Device, Speaker Setup, Sound. All ok except for the sound which although audible enough is a lot lower than before the upgrade. Check your system volume by clicking the volume icon in your Windows system. ![]()
